Almost everything is made fresh (I think they order some things like gyro, from a supplier, but also the gryo meat is excellent). the specialties are delicious. it is a family-run local restaurant, and I feel like the chef cook (and owner) cooks as if we came home for dinner. I strongly recommend the Hummus Appetizer, the istanbuler tee and the Kunefe dessert (give them about 15 minutes heads-up when they order the kunefe). so far I have enjoyed all Kabob meal times (there are many) and there are also many vegetarian possibilities. highly recommended.
Large menu with Asian and Mediterranean food. the food was cooked. service was good. we shared the chicken cabab, but I didn't make a picture until the half is finished. the chickens' sake was good. suppe can be very spicy, medium spicy hot imo order. hummus needs a little work to be more authentic. yogurt sauce is excellent.
Very good fusion of Mediterranean and Asian aromes. they have tabbouleh salat and easily offer it (this is something that should be true for every Mediterranean place, but is sad about okc missing). great place to take the family. one of my daughters first got a bobba and loved him. another daughter got the salmon and couldn't stop riding about how good it was. I will definitely return and look forward to the try more of the menu.
My husband and I were looking for good gyros...and stopped in....the customer service was great and the restaurant is cozy. However, the gyros were real skimpy. We wondered where the meat was??? Both the Greek House and even Pizza Shuttle give you about 5 or 6 times the meat. Lemon Tree gave us a sad sad few pieces of meat. smh. But if you make real gyros one day, I'd be glad to give them a try :
