Pizza Hut - Normal

Night manager for 7 years and this is the 3 different time i was told the store dosent take orderz an hour or 2 close to closing yime forst time was told were not open until 1. Then tonight i was told you haft to order online at 11 o clock or later by the latino manager... I ordered and never got anything..so hes a liar and i am wondering what kind of comapany hires these kind of people ..i do my job everynight ..and haft to order from this store because the good pizza hut next to my job dosent deliever usually to us..the other night they brought my 40.00 order in no time so much respect to the plaza pizza hut.. But south main is a joke and ran like a rallys in the projects..im done with this lacation i am treated right by the managers in the plaza and will pay extra to never haft to deal with a liar slash lazy store ive been told this is s main common practice by your pizza hut employees...smh just terrible

My girlfriend and I haven't ordered Pizza Hut in a while so we decided to try it again. We ordered stuffed crust pizza, cheesy breadsticks, and the cinnamon rolls. Our pizza was not mediocre; the only good thing was the stuffed crust. Our cheesy breadsticks were burnt to a crisp and the marinara that came with it was cold/watered down. Not to mention the container wasn't even half filled with sauce. Our cinnamon rolls were still RAW. We will NEVER be ordering from Pizza Hut again. Disgusting.

We ordered a dinner box, got home and the pizza was wrong. So we took it back as they asked on the phone, and all they did was take the box to the back and change the pizzas. The breads ticks were now getting hard and not fresh and we had to drive at least 16 miles round trip. They didn't even offer the one they messed up. Nothing to try to make us happy, just made it like it should have been an hour before. Unpleasant experience

Gross. Stuffed crust was paper thin and rock hard. They sent a replacement and it was the same, so thin you could see through the crust. Everything smelled and tasted like chemicals. Inedible and thrown into the trash. Wings box was smashed, the chicken inside mashed into a ball. Shouldve hit up Marcos or another option for delivery. Never eating Pizza Hut again.
