Gloria Jean's Coffees Crossroads Mall

The coffee is good. Unfortunately, they're never open when they are supposed to be. March 31st, once again not open. April 1st, closed. Thinking maybe I just find a new coffee shop at this point. Using covid as an excuse must be nice. Especially when the problem is poor management.

Could barely speak English. The drinks we ordered were both wrong. Made me miss the 90s when we had amazing service. Picture of what was supposed to be an ice cap: horrible service I will never be back!

Coffee is good. When they *choose* to be open is my main issue with this location. I?ve read the reviews and noticed the updated business name with varying hours included. I personally don?t think a business should be run this way where people have to hope and guess if they should waste their time driving to the location. Owner: Utilize the Google posts option on your google my business page and keep people informed that way if you?ll be open or not.

Waited at drive through sign with no response.called out at open window. No response. Went in. Was told that mic was broken by worker sitting at table with all her stuff around. Lights were out. Was told they didn?t have my 45 cents change after she took my order and asked if that?s alright. Asked for a coffee. Got a latte. Come on.

I ordered a mango smoothie here and the girl just stared at me and made some weird yogurt cream drink instead and when she gave it to me I told her I asked for a mango smoothie and she just kinda stared, I wanted to be nice so i just took it and left and threw it away at my class, made me sad cus I like their smoothies and spent $7. I?ve had problems in the past with this location, the other Gloria jeans around here are good though just not this one
