Tortilla West - Norfolk

Okay, but no fan. friends brought us into this little restaurant. it was pretty good and there were many possibilities. they eat here on Saturdays and Sundays every week. I wouldn't do that, but I'd try it sometime. not a big fan, but was not disappointed. the food was fresh, hot and they received a large part. the prices were in the average somewhat above the average.

Off the Beaten Path. This place is a little hidden and what I believe to be a well kept secret of the Ghent area. I've been on a search for decent Mexican food in the Hampton Roads area and this place has met and exceeded my expectations. I've been here a few times and their service was great and the food was fantastic. I love their burritos which are huge and made with plenty of ingredients and they come with a side of lettuce, rice, and beans to add as you wish even though the burrito is already packed with meat and beans. Service was great; Unfortunately, our eating was very much under seasoned, between a chicken dish and a steak court. the Chorizo cheese dip was decent. their tortilla chips are great. Maybe we'll try to pass on the overpriced escapes.

Great experience. great service and good food. I had the crab and shrimp quesadillia. it was excellent!

Awful service. Food was bad. Waiter never once asked how we were doing. I believe his name was davis. Very rude. Sitting in this place only one word came to mind, pretentious. Nothing close to Mexican food.
