Ruby Tuesdays - Norfolk

We had a late lunch early in the evening and so the place was empty, which meant that all waiter attentiveness was our and they were an amazing work. our glasses were never empty and we all had the tee or the limonade that was handmade. we all got the email special of the supremen crispy chicken sandwich and it was great. they would have been a simple 5-star, except I was a pty restaurant and there were dirty tables that were there when we arrived and still there when we were gone and did not look like the floor had been touched because there was eating over a table. but eating outside and waitress was worthy of 5 stars

I dine here often I love there food and salad bar. There ribs are outstanding but the waitress could have came to Check on us more often than she did. I always get good food but prefer the customer service better at the ruby Tuesday on North military hwy

Came in on a Thursday afternoon definitely wasn’t busy so I took a seat at the bar I looked over the menu for a few while the bartender (him) was still taken care of another customer so after he was done he walked over no hello how are you just what can I get you so I asked for a Tito’s strawberry lemonade okay got that but was given to me and a To-go -cup so I’m confused like why my drink in a styrofoam cup so I ask umm can I get this in a glass he like to go? I said I never said to go clearly I’m at the bar I’m drink my drink here okay bet look over that issue not a I apologize nothing so after that I knew in my soul I should have left but I was hungry and that’s why I came out for was to have dinner so I Order the ribeye with mashed potatoes and broccoli horrible the steak didn’t even look like a steak broccoli hard no steam whatsoever just a waste of time last time for me left the half eaten food there no need to complain or ask to fix I’ll just let it be my last visit take my dollars where I’m appreciated and welcome iDc how convenient it is to my house I’ll drive farther for a better hot meal !! And better customer service

Very good food service. A little pricey tho' so if you have a couple of kids expect to pay around $80. Kids liked the food as well.

Eating was ok, but it is 2022, with the time. we ordered an order with an online advertising code. as it turns out that the email code they send cannot be applied to online orders, although there is no statement in the email that is referred to as such. it is 2022, how do you send someone a code that cannot be used online? not a deal breaker, but they also missed a few articles and did not send us with any utensili or spicy packs for our burgers. normally no problem when we take a to-go order home, but we took the children into the park. the deal breaker came for us when they could not use online after an update on the email in which they can not use online. we came to the company to inquire about the code and were directed to return to the service location, because they should have been able to apply the voucher. we reached the local restaurant, but we never received a response and it is over a month. no idea who is right at this point where they can, it cannot accept online coupons. to happiness there are many other possibilities in the city. not sure how this place remains open, they are always empty when we pass. to round it off, ruby dosday is very meh also on a good day. make one please and choose another generic boring chain.
