Razzo - Norfolk

The food at Razzo is delicious. On my last visit, our waitress was inattentive, forgetful, rarely checking on our table. I know that it is extremely hard to get servers, and I expect slower service, but I do not expect a forgetful waitress who asked if our table wanted more bread and never delivered it. What added insult to injury, she asked another table in her section if they wanted more bread, and they got extra bread after she forgot ours. Again, I know the problem a restaurant has in getting employees, but there should be someone in front of the house management to ensure that the guests are being taken care of.

This is a gem! Fantastic service. It's the place where you walk in and feel like you're family! Literally everything on the menu sounds delicious and what I ate tonight is a clear indication the food is authentic. I will be going back! What I loved the most was the service. Totally trusted her with recommendations and she was spot on! MUST VISIT! I was too busy enjoying and forgot to take photos. :

The portion sizes are huge so the prices made more sense. The bread they serve for the table is amazing. I hate the white lasagna and it was absolutely delicious. Definitely will eat again when we're back in town.

We have eaten dinner here in several occasions. The food is always good. On the occasion that it hasn't been, the staff has been more than happy to get it right for us. They have a solid bar selection and good drinks, and I really dig the old firehouse atmosphere.

Very cute place! Most of the people in there are dressed casually. There’s not that much seating so you may want to plan accordingly. The calamari was great; It had a nice breading to it! I got the penne ricotta and it was sooo good. The sausage on it had so much flavor. The pasta portions are large though so if you have a small stomach like me I’d recommend sharing an entree.
