We ordered takeout from this restaurant since there was no dining area available. It is a small and cluttered establishment. The reason for the low rating is that the staff were openly discussing the tip amount in their own language, which was easily understood. How much tip do you expect for a $20 meal? We had to wait standing up as there were not enough seats. The taste of the food was average.

The food is great and the customer service is good. However, if you order delivery online, the web page will automatically tell you forty five minutes to an hour and after that time is up it's still may take another forty five minutes to an hour to get your food. The food is worth it, but maybe don't plan on eating at any specific time.

I was really impressed by the Honey BBQ and Lemon Pepper wings.

I have ordered from this restaurant for 10 years and in that time the service and food quality have gone down hill. I waited over an hour for my order and it was never delivered. I had to contact Grubhub to have it refunded because I never got my food. I tried to call to get an update on the status of my order and the phone just rings and no one answers. I used to only order Chinese from this restaurant, but I’m going to have to find somewhere else.

Be cautious when ordering at this restaurant as they may try to overcharge you if you do not specify. I ordered pork Lo Mein from the lunch special menu, but was charged for items from the regular menu instead. When I tried to correct the mistake, I was met with excuses and delays. The service was slow and unprofessional, causing me to be late back to work from my lunch break. I would not recommend this restaurant, as even gas station pizza would be a better option. Additionally, I was overcharged on my bill, even after leaving a generous tip. It was a disappointing experience overall.
