Bite Restaurant and Catering - Norfolk

Great food, great service and great prices. they eat many times there and never had a bad experience! that's worth it!

We ate for the first time on Friday night at bite. eating was delicious, although the chioppino could have used more spicy, especially garlic. the service was decided very, very casual, but was perfect for the energy of the amount.

Great first visit! my man and I stopped here when buffalo wild wings was packed in front of an admiral game we were on the way. I am so glad that they were because it made us try bite (which was actually on my wish list)! we had a heavy lunch so that our waitress had a few appetizers or shared a gut (smart moving some places would never suggest that). we chose the fried calamari and lined up from their February menu. the calamari was beautiful and light, but still crispy and very tasteful. the sawn garnel shell was unlievable! the garnels were huge and perfectly cooked and the sherry garlic sauce was absolutely amazing! Sick house? we had a reservation of 5:00 and found ourselves outside in the cold waiting, while the staff flew in and sucked in, well aware that we wait. When I knocked on the door to get her attention, the owner came and realized that he had to get his restaurant to get him. the crab soup was good, but the crab cakes had a lot of filler and both the crab cake and the flour were extremely salty. we are not going back.

Visited for the first time last night. The new menu changed from an interesting mix of well reviewed dishes to overcooked, bland burgers and fries. If this restaurant has heart, it sure doesn't show it with this menu. Will not go back for these choices.
