A great exchange! in comparison to the excellent beginning a few years now pure medium size. a retaliation of €600 fuer 2 couverts is scandalous for this quality. a michael inspector!

A beautiful evening with small beauty mistakes. the eight-course menu was beautifully composed and full of surprising aromas and textures. the service was nice and tidy. only point of criticism is the calculus of drinks....if you know a little bit about wine prices, weine are overcalculated. the high point of the evening, however, brought the sommelier of the house to the question where one can get a tasted sake, offered us a bottle for 180€?! we have rejected and now found out the same mark for approx. 45€ in the retail trade is...are people really necessary?
