After three phone calls to the employees, they were promised callbacks. To date, after more than three weeks, nothing has happened... Will anyone here answer this? Questionable... Complaint to the company will go out tomorrow. Addendum to answer from 13.09. As already written, my mistake for not checking this. But normally you will have cameras for control and reconnaissance. Very sad that they are just picking on the customer's mistake. You, of course, have no duty of care *irony*. I once worked in a gas station myself, mistakes happen, but dealing with complaints like this called within an hour of refueling is not very customer-friendly. But at some point you too will have to come down from your high horse. Until then, keep working carefully... Addendum 2: We were finally able to collect the money after consulting with the boss ? . But there was no communication with the employee either, because she didn't know anything about it. Without words, every problem has now been solved. Still a lot of trouble over nothing and no apology was given...
Although it is more expensive than the other gas stations, the staff are very friendly and the quality of petrol is excellent!
Misleading opening hours! This morning at 5:20 a.m., the TotalEnergies petrol station was closed, although these are indicated from 5:00-22:00 a.m.
Air pressure is unfortunately frozen and no sign attached that it is defective the tire completely without pressure. But on my note a shield was attached directly.
