The curpalais is the restaurant/ bar operation in the old venerable imperial conversation house. It used to be a top restaurant. of which there is not much left today. the torts, the cakes and the small dishes are not bad, but also not sensational.Slungs is the combination of meeting point, cure, concert hall, cure administration and library.

We are very happy there. the ambiente is simply great, the service is very courteous and "on zack", the prices are cheaper than you think and you can simply enjoy a beautiful evening there.

The ostfriesentee is without any flaw, but the cake is really rather lacking. the cries in the cirschtorte tasted much too muddy (and this already in the morning), and there are also some waiters who have not been at the top of the site.Although in autumn and in early spring/late winter the tables outside (on the entrance terrace) are equipped with candles and menus, the waiters do not want to get out at colder temperatures. In some cases one is only served outside when one of the waiters goes out to smoke. even then they seem to expect to pay in the building, and that although you are not the only one outside. for a fast espresso at least completely unsuitable.

The location is super, no question at all. also the ambiente is great. but the service is partly real unfriendly and patty.We were there yesterday with 4 people and sat outside. We had ordered 3 lumumba and 1 cocoa.The lumumba was unfortunately only warm and not really hot.In the second order we had told the waiter that we only want a lumumba if it is really hot.Then he asked what spirituose was there. we then told him that was in there, as it is on the map. He always says he asks, because you could also do lumumba with wodka, etc. but in the map he is now standing with rum! Then he said that he could not do anything for the temperature, who would finally get out of the machine. Here the ton also makes the music.Friendly something else was definitiw.The 2nd order came and the lumumba was only warm again.I went in and complained. the service at the safe was not very pleased about it.I asked her to make the lumumba in the cups and not in the glass, then it stays outside ewtl a little longer hot.Hat she also did. Then another waiter came and asked what would be with my two glasses. when I said the ones go back, he asked "why?" I told him that they are too cold and he said to his colleague she should go in there even more. And to me he said that we would have to take the look down as soon as possible, then he would not get cold so quickly.Our conclusion: first time not again.From 4 waiters were 3 unfriendly yesterday, because we know that again!
