When ordering the food I was handled very rudely and inflexibly. Unfortunately, one cannot comply with a request to be able to get the bratwurst without a roll, as this would be too time-consuming and stressful to tell the kitchen staff. At the counter, I asked again in a friendly manner, as the staff was waiting at the window and lo and behold, it wasn't a problem at all. The employee at the order acceptance then tried to talk his way out of it by calling. Just disappointing and unfortunately not recommended in any way. Can 't say anything about the food because we had waited 20 minutes for a waiter to order something to drink. When after 20 minutes the waiter for the outdoor area didn 't even manage to take a look at us, the nice ladies at the next table got active and had been waiting for 30 minutes to place an order. Inside, one of the ladies asked if it was possible to order something to drink inside, but was rudely referred to the waiter outside. Again, the outside waiter is the one who has a neck but doesn 't seem to be using it for the job it 's attached to the body for. When one of the ladies intercepted another waiter outside, he only said that he wasn 't responsible for ordering drinks. The lady pointed out that my girlfriend and I had been waiting for 20 minutes and she had been waiting for 30 minutes. She was then told in a very (un)friendly manner, Then wait another 30 minutes. Then left. If I could give 0 stars out of 5 I would give it -1 star.
