Just stopped for a light snack. Friendly staff and excellent food

We were out that way checking out our beautifual fall colours . We arrived friday thanksgiving weekend about 5:30 pm We were the only vechiel there and when we went to the front desk to check in we asked to see our room first and the lady at the desk said that they don't do that and when I explained to her that a few years back we had a bad experience the lady assured me that nothing has changed in the last 2 years and made a comment that maybe we don't want to rent us a room at that point we were happy to drive an hour to rocky mountian house and stayed at Chinook Inn were we knew they had great accomadations. Temperature of the room was extremely hot despite the thermostat being off and a small curtainless window at the back of the room being open. Display of room temp was sitting at about 27 degrees when we got there and even with the window open all night, temp in the room didn't get less then 25 degrees. There was no A/C in the room. Rooms: 2 Service: 3 Location: 3
