Bidrage med feedbackThey always close at 930 and day the systems are down. Maybe they should change their hours if they don't want to serve people. It's ridiculous. They don't even come to the microphone to tell you. But they're on their phones in the store. Wow!
Came ordered a 2 cans of din here. The girl on the speaker was very rude. She told me they didn't get the deal anymore. I said the shield's still up, she didn't say anything. We sat down almost 45 seconds until I said hello? Can honor the special thing as you still have the shield. She stayed again, we didn't have it anymore. A male manager came to tell me that they don't have the special. He was super nice about it, then went and took the sign for the special. I told him that the person on the speaker is really rude and he said he would handle it. When I went into the window, I was so surprised to see someone so young, with such a bad attitude. Your name wasn't on my entrance, nor was my survey number because I wanted to make the survey. I have lived less than a mile away from these Popeyes for almost two years and this is only my second time to eat here because of the service
I live 5 minutes from these Popeyes and tried to go four or five times and every time was a MESS. They never have anything, take forever and make their own hours. I'm trying to understand, I know that the supply chain and the staff were problems, but today was the last straw. We waited 30 minutes and had to receive a refund BECAUSE THE STAFF WERE ERTÖNT AND PHYSISCHE FÄHREN IN THE RÜCKUNG OF THE KUNCHEN. When I went off the ride thru to get the refund I was revived, we did not get the food because the restaurant was DISGUSTING and the girl at the front touched the food with her bare hands. I'll never be here again. Save the health code injuries.
My first 1-star rating. Two people in front of me. Waiting time was 1 hour 6 minutes. In 40 minutes they refused to return my money. My potatoes were sitting on a table behind the steam table. Once the worker boxed them on the front counter, as other customers pushed them around while waiting. After 35 minutes a ride through the customer said he had been at the speaker for 30 minutes. Chicken stacks are not piled anywhere. The new worker asked me four times what my meal was with a double reception in his hand. I've never seen anything like that.
We pull up to the window to order, the lady taking or order was beyond rude. She starts by barking out what do you want? So, I start attempting to give her my order, it wasn 't a hard order, it was a number twelve with Cajun fries and a diet coke. The lady kept interrupting me to repeat my order. At one point I am just sitting in absolute silence for a few minutes waiting for her to catch up. Finally, the order is placed and we pull up to the window, the rude lady walks up and thrusts the card reader towards us. So, I inserted the card and, I tried to input my pin, and the rude lady says no, you don 't do that... I couldn 't wait to leave, I get working fast food is rough, my first job was fast food, but so many people are just rude for absolutely no reason. So, in conclusion, we live less than five minutes away and made it home. The shrimp was barely warm and the picture, funny enough makes it look like a lot, but it wasn 't. The fries, were decent but barely warm. I paid 11 dollars for this??? I won 't be going back here again.....
