Panera Bread - Norcross

The manager JaMaul and his staff were great. They came to check us out how the food was, what was very delicious and we will definitely go back. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming. Great customer service!!!

This was my first time trying the food and I must say, it was truly satisfying. It was packed with an assortment of flavor that lingered even after I had completed my meal. I would absolutely recommend Panera Bread to anyone seeking a fresh approach to healthy lifestyle choices in great food.

The staff was really friendly and my food was great! Unfortunately they were out of baguettes for the side and I was initially disappointed but when I got my food I was very happy, they made my half sandwich on a croissant and it was very substantial. There was a tiny mistake where they ring me up for broccoli Mac and cheese when I ordered regular Mac and cheese but I just let them know and they quickly got one to me!

I literally had the worst day and just wanted my regular breakfast. I came too late, but the manager was so sweet and made it for me personally anyway. They are the small deeds of kindness that go on the way. That was small for them, but really made my day.
