And it looks like the franchise owners (an older couple) themselves work in the restaurant most of the time, but unfortunately it leads to very long waiting times with orders made wrong often.
That was my first experience in this restaurant. As a cook, I always pay attention to what eats. As residents of Eastvale and I often go through this restaurant, and is clean, beautiful environment, great service and professional management. Even my order was short, (I understand that new employees must be trained) they treat me with respect and professionalism. Do you keep the big work?
Just go inside and you'll see. This specific point is not good. Staff must be retrained, they seem helpful. I never come to this place again. Come in and ask these guys a question you already know. Make sure they make excuses not to help.

The food was good, the service was terrible I got hung up twice, the guy who was assisting me was talking to someone else while I was in the phone he didn?t even bother to put me on hold just ignored me and started talking to a coworker, brought my food out with attitude. Good food ! Terrible employees
