The Management staff and grocery staff are Great! I wanted to take an extra moment to Thank one Cashier out of a few whom are Awesome! But. Mina stands out among than all! She is polite, professional, friendly and caring. It is her way of being including her smile that will keep me going to a store that makes you feel comfortable and willing to spend a lot of money! Thank you Mina for being You! Keep striving for excellence in all that You do!

Supervisor very rude never return to that market again he needs more training It should have said things very nice to me But very rude

Ordered a birthday cake for my son on Tuesday for the birthday party on Saturday. Picked it up at 1 though we asked them to have it ready by 12 just in case. The party started at 2 so when I got there they presented the cake to me and it was cracked beyond repair. They made some excuse about it shifting once the cake and icing gets put on but really it looked like someone had tossed the finished cake down on a hard surface. Then they were like ooohhh well we can try and fix it. Like I have time to sit around while you fix something that should have been fixed before you brought a cake out to me. Then they charged me for a messed up cake! I didn’t have time to argue with them since people were going to arrive at 2 for the party. I’m never ordering a cake from that bakery again. When my wife called to complain the baking manager decided to argue with her and tell her she’s the one who made the cake in the first place and was the one who offered to fix her mistake. Not sure how they thought that was good customer service. And not once did anyone offer an apology. Thank goodness my wife bakes and was able to save the cake. I don’t recommend ordering something important like your kids birthday cake from a place who doesn’t even care when they could have ruined a special part of a child’s birthday.

I love the sushi box that is located here. I come in and get my spring rolls. I usually grab what is in cooler. The lady that works here is always friendly and if by chance the cooler is empty with no spring rolls she makes me a few to take home. This starter bros is very clean, always in stock with what I need, bright lights, clean restrooms and the best selection from fruits and veggies to the hot foods to the bakery. Love the store and the friendly lady that works the sushi section. She is really the best. Always friendly and smiling just the most sweetest when I see her!
