Chipotle Mexican Grill - Norco

Good flavor a little skimpy on the quantities of food for the price for 2 chicken bowls. But really enjoy the food.

This particular Chipotle is not the best. The rice is ALWAYS old and the chips are BENDABLE AF...no crisp or crunch. However, the customer service is always great...not so much the food.

Don 't know... I don 't know if it 's all locations or just this one. But, I got next to nothing in my chicken bowl, and the prices have increased. I will not be coming back to this location ever again. This is the negatives of the owners businessdecision .By that I mean he/she/...they????, decided to cut costs by cutting your portions and inflating the price. Sure one orthe other is a given, but doing both is pure greed. I 'll just buy laxatives and Chipotle sause from now on Same price, same endresults. In all seriousness. Its time for this franchise to meet its end. Side rant: If companies were smart they 'll lowertheir prices because most people are learning how to replicate their favorite dishes and services. The weak companies will gofor the quick buck by inflating prices and limiting portions/ services. Smart companies will stay the same and even lowerprices which will bring more business and with that a more competitive status in employment opportunities which will ultimatelydrow the competition. Time to short $CMG ????

By far this was the worse experience ever!!! The young lady's never greeted me left me standing there about 5 mins before saying a word...Then on top of that one simply ignored me then started sweeping the floor behind the counter around the food area sodisgusting...Came directly from touching the broomstick to started touching the food trays with the same gloves smh!! It's notoften do I go out to eat but I decided to treat my husband and after this horrible horrible let down I'll never again beback..Adrian not sure if you was there your name was given I was told your the manager from one of your great employees, but notso great females on duty who took my $9.73 she can use a like more customer service skills..I will be holding on to my receipts so I can contact cooperation about this matter it's ppl who really need jobs if your staff doesn't like there jobsthen maybe they shouldn't work with the public I'm sure on pay day their smiling...Chipotle it's a must you have to do better Itook a chance even after reading the previous reviews but NEVER AGAIN ????

I received my order through door dash for lunch and while eating it, i discovered a dead fly in my meal. UNSAFE FOOD !!
