The family business secures its occurrence with different legs in the country house: floristry with flowers and plants, home accessories, café-brasserie integrated in the flower shop Geniessen with many flowers and guest rooms. Already during our visit last year I was interested in homemade noodles. The decision was therefore quick. The guest can choose between hand cranked band noodles or spaghetti and creative homemade sauces. We decided to spaghetti with tomatoes, tasted in roasted vegetables, garlic and Mediterranean herbs, with a cheese of € 9.20. Mineral water. On the way we were surprised by the daughter of the house with a kitchen greeting. We would not have expected this. Full kitchen: Country bread with Schmalz Fresh land bread, naturally baked, with lard, pink berries and delicate winter portulak. For the first hunger exactly right, the bread fine-pored, aromatic and loose. The spaghetti was personally served by the boss.
