I have already written about the ripe economy of the Winzer family Marte, and a lot of interesting things can also be found under [here link]. And this homepage even has a menu that takes into account the actual circumstances. It is as current as it can be; that is rather rare! At the break we met friends from the Böblingen area, who are also on holiday here. So what was closer to us on our holiday day five (and their holiday day four) for dinner at Marte in their idle business. We had no reservations and everything was full inside in the Rädle. It was only good that it was not raining in the early evening and you slipped together in or before the Rädle; to sixth we were allowed to sit at the table with a pair. It was possible, but tight; before our food came the couple and we could expand. In a rode it goes unforged, unforged is also the service, most of which are young women from the village. may happen that an order has been written incorrectly or lands at another table; this is not seen so closely here and can be explained in a friendly way. Since there are neither beer nor schnapps, but only the wines developed by Rädlewirt (and of course soft drinks), there is no aggressive mood here, not even when more wine has been taken or becomes tolerable. In addition to the wine, the wine grows small regional dishes and all are happy and satisfied. My wife drank to drink Müller-Thurgau (EUR 2.80 for 0.25l), I had Spätburgunder Weißherbst (EUR 3.30 for 0.25l) and was really happy with my choice this time. The friends had mostly the same wines, but so exactly I did not stop them; the location was in all cases Nonnenhorner Sonnenbichl. My wife and I assed the rinding plate for EUR 7.50 (smooth meat, mountain cheese with onions, liver sausages and white press bag, with peasant bread). I liked the Vorarlberg mountain cheese with raw onions, followed by the press bag and smoke meat. The liver sausage would have been unnecessary for me. Since I was still hungry, I then ordered a portion of peasant pasture (EUR 5,50). A thick paprika powder layer surrounded the bacon from all sides; he tasted good, but he could have been a bit bigger for my terms. That's how he was mostly made of pure bacon, so I didn't eat up completely. If it had been a fine Italian Lardo from the Aosta Valley or Lombardy (e.g. Colonnata), I would have crushed him until the last wing tent. It was a bit harder from bites to bites; I wouldn't order him anymore. The friends had Swiss sausage salad (EUR 6,50), kiln potatoes (filled with quark) with strips of salmon trout (EUR 7,00) or with mountain cheese (EUR 6,50), baconette (a kind of flame cake for EUR 6,00) and red grape with cream (EUR 2,50). At the Swiss sausage salad I would not have liked that the cheese strips were much longer and wider than the sausage strips; tastefully he was just as good as the red Grütze, the Speck-Dinette and the oven potato with the mountain cheese. Not so good were the strips from the salmon trout. Overall, we were all satisfied and well saturated. Had the weather kept good until then, at least once in the evening, when we were paying again rain. But we knew that from the past few days more than enough. It's good that we haven't set a rust!
