If no new complaints will be filed against the establishment as well as a test complaint against Just Eat Hello, I would like to contact you as we stay in Montreuil on Sunday 13/11/2022 at 16:20 we decided to place an order via the application just eat for the establishment bearing the name Express Boissière on the application and bearing the name Interco Express on the internet is located at 50 Bd de la Boissière, Around 17:30, we decide to contact the hotel via the enumerated number on take away as well as via another number found on the Internet. But despite several calls and this with different phones we did not reach Express Boissière. As a result, at 6:00 p.m. we present ourselves in the establishment, we are received by a person presenting himself as the manager and we inform him that we have come to pick up our order because we have ordered at 16:20 confirmation by email at 16:23 but that it is currently over 6:00 p.m. and that we have no information about the evolution of the order. This person turns instantly and tells us that this is not his problem. In addition, he adds that a deliveryman came to pick up our order at 16:40 hours. We inform him that we have not received our order, that the shipping address provided on just eat is correct and that we have not had any information about the evolution of the order on the application. As you have understood, we left this establishment without our order because we have to contact the pounder, you imagine that if we had any phone number to call the pounder we will have already contacted him. This email is sent to inform you of the situation and especially in order to recover the amount of our order is the sum of 40,68€. Thank you for solving this concern with the establishment and not asking us to do so for several reasons. We are currently injured by Euro40.68. We pass through a professional and official platform to avoid this kind of incident. We have contacted the facility on several occasions that have never followed up on our numerous calls. We went there and no discussion could be possible. Even less an arrangement. We're not from the region. Loss of time already quite substantial.
