Burger King - Nogales

I just had a very, very unpleasant and upsetting experience here. I was not even allowed to enter the restaurant. I parked when an employee started questioning me. I was so confused. I understand they might have different rules and procedures for parking since it is near the border, but the way that this procedures were delivered were very upsetting. Demanding me to enter the restaurant right away in an angry tone of voice (which later escalated to yelling) and when I asked to speak with the supervisor, Marlene, about the situation she said that the security employee did not yell. Before Marlene arrived I was upset, but I was respectful to her and instead of her descalating the situation, she used an pleasant tone of voice to tell me I had to get off the car and go in restaurant. By this time I was not in the mood to go in and enjoy a meal with my family. It is very upsetting for me since I am a resident and have many memories there since I was a child. I am very disappointed and honestly very sad. I know that my experience will just be pushed aside and ignored like all those little things but honestly I am tired that people are not been taken accountable.
