On the terrace of the Literaturcafe in Holheim you have a wonderful view over the Ries. We sat down here today after we had been straight for 30 km and we enjoyed the view with a cup of coffee, cappuccino and cheesecake. The cheesecake was the best I've ever eaten. The friendly hostess, Ella, told us everything was made fresh and you tasted that. From the literary cafe there are a few minutes walk to the geotope, where you can learn a lot about the Rieskrater and the deportation. If you walk up, you have a more beautiful view over the Ries.
