Starbucks - Nob

Not all locations are created equal! The Little Creek Road location is always friendly, has great suggestions, my drinks are tasty.

They always run out of croissants and lemonade. Sad face

The drink prepared was horrid. Ordered a decaf iced caramel macchiato. Don't think they've cleaned the machines in a while. Tasted burnt and bitter. Also, thought it was the barista's responsibility to ask if I wanted a pastry warmed or not? They've always asked in the past. Didn't want it warmed and they didn't ask. So, of course, they warmed it. She said it was my responsibility to tell them not to warm it up. Really?

Ghetto and rude drive thru cashier w/ horrible attitude Super SLOW drive thru service. Cant even get out even if you wanted to

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks since January of this year and it upsets me to have to write this but please do not go here. For one, they are incredibly slow. You will be waiting in the Drive-Thru for more than 20 minutes. Two, my drinks are never made consistently and half the time my food is cold by the time I get it. Today was the final time I will ever spend money at this Starbucks again. I sent in my usual order through the mobile app and did my usual quick, 5 minute drive to the location. After walking inside to get my items, I saw that my food item (banana bread) was ready on the counter. So I walk over and check the name to make sure it was mine. I reached into the paper bag and grabbed a piece of what I thought was banana bread and started to eat it only to find out that it was their pumpkin loaf. Now normally this wouldn’t upset me because I am a fan of pumpkin anything but I am allergic to pistachios and this entire piece of pumpkin bread had the crust covered in them. I quickly spat the piece out before I had a reaction and kindly told one of the barista’s that my order was wrong which she did replace for me no questions asked. This mistake could have turned out much worse if I hadn’t noticed and because of someone’s carelessness I could have gotten seriously ill. Starbucks I hope for other people’s sake you start paying more attention as I would hate for someone else to experience this.
