Starbucks - Nob

Nothing outside of the ordinary for this Starbucks. Service was fairly quick.

Nitro cold brew handle was broken in the B concourse. Sent me to the main concourse to get one. Line worker (girl) at the main concourse was too busy talking to her TSA friend to serve the other two customers waiting. Said she was, “gonna walk out on these customers”. I left.

The flamboyant caucasian gentleman working the cashier doesn’t know what he’s doing.

The staff were incredibly rude and did not want to be bothered with questions relating to allergens or anything else. They said a lot of options were probably fine. Probably fine isn 't a great answer when a lot of allergies are serious and can cause throat closure. Please do better and don 't make it so obvious that the customers concerns are a nuisance to you.

Pleasant environment by friendly staff, I was there on 19th January for my flight to Philadelphia, I place an order and it was correct without any mistake.
