I give this restaurant a 5/5 rating for their incredible service. The food was delicious and I have no complaints. They offer free soft drinks and ice cream for children on Friday and Saturday nights, and they also have a playground outside to keep the little ones entertained. Adults can enjoy local wines from McLaren Vale. I was very impressed and will definitely be returning as a regular customer. The chef did a fantastic job and our table was very impressed with the dinner. The staff were all friendly and provided exceptional customer service.

The food was overcooked, sent back twice, the staff was indifferent. we had a food voucher that formed the entertainment book and thought we would try somewhere else to do what a waste. we got a register card because we thought we were going to stay one, but after the unsatisfactory food. we went right away.

Although its a local for us I'd never been there before, and I took my Mum and Dad there for a pub grub lunch for Mum's birthday. The pub grub usuals are there and are about pub grub prices. You certainly get what you pay...for. My Dad ordered the scotch fillet at $27 and asked for medium, it came out very thin at less than 1 cm thick and well over done. I had the chicken schnitty which was WAY overcooked, very dark and oily and so crisp it was rubbery, and so heavily seasoned with dried herbs mixed through the crumbs that it was inedible. I took it home, peeled off the crumbs and the dog still wouldn't touch it. Everyone's chips were cold and soft. The salad bar was fairly ordinary with 4 choices and the hot veg bar of 3 trays of over cooked veg was just sad. It wasnt busy, there was only one other table of seniors who were all on the seniors menu of 3 courses for $12.90. We didnt go on the seniors menu and stuck to the main menu at full price, but we were disappointed. Bar service to wait for ordering a drink is slow as they are too busy servicing the pokie room. Not enough staff. Flies in the dining room hovered over our plates so that we were constantly waving them away from our plates while trying to eat. The salad and hot food bar were also bothered by flies. A disappointing meal on so many levels and we wont ever be back.
