Kintaro Sushi Train - NOARLUNGA CENTRE

Hmm, everything I can say about this place is pretty clear. The customer service here is quite poor. They refused to deliver noodles and spring rolls, and I had to wait for 30 minutes, even though I didn't order sushi and only came for those two items. My family loves sushi, so I was told they would make them fresh, but they ended up being very hard. It felt like they really didn't want to be there, didn't like the customers, and didn't enjoy cooking. The food wasn't great either, so I would recommend going somewhere else. They were also very rude when it came to billing, and I couldn't even get them to correct it. Definitely not worth a visit. I would rate it 0 stars.

I had dinner at this restaurant during my stay in Adelaide. The food was delicious with a great variety of dishes to choose from. The staff were very attentive and provided excellent service.

This restaurant has a very casual atmosphere and the service is nothing special, but I still enjoy coming here because they serve my favorite dishes - laugh, eel, and avocado sushi. It's the perfect spot for a quick bite while out shopping.

I go here quite a bit the sushi is great and it’s close but the service is terrible. The last three times I have been there I patiently wait while they ignore me, once they gave my order to a completely different person two sushi...pieces I just ordered and waited 10 minutes for she got and seemed pleasantly surprised (I was appalled) left without what I went to get in the first place... tonight I get the menu but no service even when making eye contact they just ignore you... had to pretend to pack up my plates to pay then all of a sudden they’re in your face for service quick smart makes you feel like ****... you need customers guys maybe treat the one you get with respect

The food was awful, we went at 6pm on a Saturday night and were very disappointed. The hot dishes such as karage chicken and octopus balls were stone cold. There were lots of dishes on the train but dishes were poorly put together presentation wide...and we're falling apart. The chicken was dry and the sushi was flavourless. We regularly eat at kintaros sushi at tea tree plaza and the food has always been excellent. We did not finish our meal and headed elsewhere for dinner.
