Nittenau. A small town with not even 10000 inhabitants. Compared to Regensburg really small, but what we have served today was very big, not small and then so good! The ambience was very appealing, thoughtful and much more appealing than the ubiquitous industrial style simply warmer. As appetizers we had a Pho Bo, Summerrolls and Spring Rolls. The Pho was very aromatic, the beef tender, tastefully simple round. Nothing is upset, nothing has somehow thought to taste asian (in contrast to Maggi bovine broth with anis). Simply very fine, homemade, round and as an appetizer more than sufficient. The Summerrolls were fresh, the Hoisindip legendary. The spring also rolls, a dream. The most important food we enjoyed sharing. Every food tasted excellent and different (this is not self-evident). Thai basil and coriander in the right amount and not intrusive. The service was also attentive, attentive and very friendly. We will definitely arrive from Regensburg was worth 100%.
