Chili's Grill & Bar - Nisku

Came to Chili's first thing in the morning on Saturday April 29/17 before I flew out to Mexico and I first wanted to see where to eat and I seen the same place I went last summer called Sorrentino's and I said no to there cause I was already there last time. I took a look at the Wayne Gretzky wine bar menu and nothing appealed to me so I saw Chili's and at first I thought it was closed because there was nobody in there, including staff, but they were open so I walked in and took a look at the menu and that is when a server walked out and asked me if there was anything on the menu that I was interested in and I responded by saying I was checking out what they had and she then asked what I would like to drink to start and I said a coke and she said take my time and she would get me the mug of coke and eventually I decided to pick the steak and eggs because for the cost of every meal to choose from the steak and eggs was the best bang for my buck, and at $17 there was only a dollar difference between that and the chili's big breakfast.I admit the cost was still quite high for the portion size. The food came on a long rectangular plate with the 6 Oz steak on one side then the potato hash browns and eggs to the opposite side of the steak and a couple slices of toast.. Either white or multigrain for choices of toast, I had my steak medium rare which was really good and the potato hash browns were also pretty good but could have been doubled in portion, the eggs I ordered basted soft and were also pretty good, but unfortunately the multigrain toast I did not like very much due and was weird to me and for the fact they were too crispy or crunchy and that when I usually have toast with a breakfast meal it is soft and not crispy or that firm.The server I had was named NICOLE and she was pretty good, friendly,and she came by several times to see how my food was and if I wanted a refill on my drink so that is the best highlight of coming here. 2.5 out of 5 for price of food2.5 out of 5 for portion size of the food5 out of 5 for great service from Nicole the server5 out of 5 for nice décor4.5 out of 5 for speed of food coming too table2.75 out 5 overallUnfortunately, I was mostly disappointed with the majority of the factors of this place and I am sure that I would not want to come back again, and if I did come again it would be for the service of Nicole, the steak and just the speed of the food and the décor and other then that nothing special about this place, just an overpriced and under portioned money grabber. Food was ok. I had the appy platter. Mini burgers were great, dry ribs were ok, boneless chicken wings were horrible. The other 2 friends lunches were good. I thought the server was cranky.

Between flights lunch. was going to Wayne Gretzky Wine and Whiskey (WGWW) restaurant and at the last second saw Chili's across and have had some great food in the US at Chili's! The service was good. Ordered a chicken burger and came with fries. Unfortunately was very greasy and cold. Enjoyed the beer though. Next time WGWW for sure!

We stopped in Chili's Grill & Bar for breakfast after finding out about our cancelled flight. The food and coffee was good as per usual here. The service here is also good. Prices are average. Definitely be here again for another early flight.
