ニセコ Shān Lù パーラー

We waited for 1 hour, but it was worth it for the takeout. There is soft serve ice cream nearby and gelato as well. There are also things to see, so it was not a problem to wait. We wanted to try the sandwich no matter what. My son had a croque monsieur and I had the open sandwich with ham and bell peppers. The bread and ham are made in the shop, and it was really delicious.

This restaurant serves incredible sandwiches made with local ingredients on delicious homemade bread. The owners, a lovely couple, are friendly and welcoming. They did an excellent job transforming a shipping container into a charming little shop.

I had a takeout meal here. The food was delicious and the greenery of Niseko Higashiyama was beautiful, making it a lovely place.
