Wild Bill's - Niseko

This vegan Mexican food is truly delicious! We tried the nachos, tacos, and fajitas and they were the best Mexican dishes I've ever had. They even offer vegan cheese.

Delicious and satisfying blend of flavors, including a unique dish featuring vegan cheese (a rare find in Hokkaido) in a gum taco. Another standout dish was the nachos topped with vegan cheese, guacamole, and roasted potatoes served with chipotle aioli.

The restaurant offers a delicious and satisfying mix of sweet and savory flavors, with a rare and delicious vegan cheese taco shell that is hard to find in Hokkaido. The nachos with vegan cheese, guacamole, fried potatoes, and chipotle aioli were also a hit.

This is the first restaurant in the area that I found serving a delicious veggie burger. The portion size was generous and the drink options were also impressive. It's a fun spot to bring a group to after a day on the slopes. (Updated from a previous review on 2023-02-26)
