Jocko's Steakhouse - Nipomo

Jocko’s is the nice combination of eating on site, combined with world class steaks. there is nothing nice about the restaurant, but the server are friendly, the ambiente relaxed and the eating delicious. a word of warning, the steak takes out one thing, especially when the place is busy, which is usually the case. but nothing beats that red oak grilled, santa maria style bbq!

Steak burger with mushrooms was hooked. the meat is cooked over red egg wood, which gives the high quality meat a delicious, smokey taste. great service. more busy place to get a reservation.

What a jewel of a steakhouse. so much taste of steak. the 20oz datei is not mignon. it is much more than 20oz! they are very generous! and less than 50 mice! the sides were simply in order to write nothing at home. but the star, the steak is worth every bit! it can be prepared a waiting time, or call it in advance for a reservation or to be placed on the waiting list. the waiting time for the food was a bit long, but it was feasible because the place is very busy. the waitress was attentive and very helpful and friendly! it was nice that they also served spumoni ice cream! if they are ever in the central coast of California, should definitely pass this jewellery!

I made reservations and sat right away. the waiter brought water and then took our order quite fast. Eating came out in a reasonable time and everything was fantastic.

Staff, food and service are excellent. Jockos was pleasantly better than expected. Steak cooked a perfect medium well. Juicy and full off flavor. We sat in the bar area. Wanted to catch the game. It does get busy. Reservation is a must. The only thing I didn't like... the bar patrons were less than desired. Many were rude. I do realize it was the bar portion of the restaurant, but definitely manners and etiquette are missing with most there. Other than that I strongly recommend it, a delicious meal is guaranteed.
