If I 'd only had the frozen drinks (ice cream and lemonade based fruit drinks), this would be a 5 star review. However, my experience with the espresso drinks really brings the overall rating down. I ordered a double espresso and sent it back. I guessed an old puck of coffee was still in the machine and hadn 't been changed, or there 'd been a mix up and Turkish coffee had been used instead. Everyone makes mistakes and I was willing to give it another chance. Unfortunately, the replacement drink was as bad as the first and was ultimately near undrinkable. The ice cream is good, the staff are great and friendly, the frozen drinks are enjoyable, and there 's a relaxed friendly atmosphere, but save the esspreso based drinks for somewhere else! Edit here are comments from two friends I was with that ordered other non esspreso coffee drinks The Turkish coffee leaves a lot to be desired and is a poor representation of Turkish coffee. The iced mocha was very weak. Basically slightly flavoured water. Review dropped from 3 to 2 stars in light of my friends comments.

Very nice polite service and with several ice cream shops around this one has in my opinion de best taste and quality of ice cream. Seems it is normal to put gelantine in ice cream in Turkey or similar giving it a somewhat starnge consistency. Here it is less. Three stars cause the coffee was just awful.... Please get better coffee
