Food quality Low Customer service Low Hot Sauce they say it is sriracha hot sauce but it is differemt one with water added and diluted. Very Watery...tastes like tap water. Purchased 3 chicken teriyaki, paid in credit card, asked them if they canbreak $20 bill and they refused to do that by saying I can 't do that without a sale...cannot open the register... ??? Wow...wonder how they keep the place open... so rude and not nice.... they should just close the restaurant..NEVER COMING BACK!!!!!

I got food poisoning last night from you guys! Woke up 2am shutting, vomiting, why do you guys do this!? Such rude older older big lady and cook , yet I still have you my money. I didn't pay you to make me sick. Never again!!! Worst customer service, plusfood poisoning!! Will be suing

While the food is good, this place really went downhill. The service by the young lady at the counter is …very bad to say the least. She acts as if she was doing the customer a favor by taking their order , considering she takes the order correctly. I ordered the teriyaki chicken which mind you is delicious, but without veggies. Under the chicken were the veggies which were put in incorrectly. I get it mistakes happen, people are tired. But the way she looked at me when i told her that it was incorrect made me regret coming back here. She simply told the cook to pick the veggies out because it would take too long to re-make the order, even though there were other people placing orders and the ingredients were already being prepared. Well the cook listened, continued making new orders as they came in and on the side there he was picking the veggies out with his hands. The way everything looked after he was done was indescribable. This lady needs to realize that if she continues to treat her customers the way she does now, she won’t be in business for too much longer. They lost a loyal customer and unless anything changes will keep losing customers. Stay away from this place till they get their ! together.

I love this place and I've been coming here on and off again for years but they just literally took 10 bucks from me cash now. I gave them 21 cuz it's 10 and some change. The lady said I only gave 11 bucks. She counted the entire register and said yup no it's right, you only gave me 11. So I asked her to check the cameras and she said she couldn't. I asked how can I eat my food now? So she just gave me a refund of the 11 bucks and now I'm short 10 bucks. WOW! Now I dont believe the cashier was doing anything shady if I'm being honest, I really believe that she thinks I only gave her 11 bucks. That's okay but let's check the camera. I am okay not getting the food but would love for corporate to check out the cameras and get this lady fired cuz this is extremely disheartening and I know it's only ten bucks but just check the cameras! I hope the owner checks it but this place has been struggling to hire people for a while now so I doubt anything happens to her. I will keep my eye on this place.

I used drop in here maybe once a week to get teriyaki chicken and vegetables in a Styrofoam container. The food was made fresh to order and so that is the reason why I came here. They fry up the chicken in inflammatory cheap seed oils (canola, soybean, corn oil vegetable oil). I asked one of the cooks if I could bring in my own bottle of avocado oil and he said sure, why not , so next time I did bring my own oil, and the mean old cashier woman says NO to my avocado oil. So that 's the end for me, I 'm not going back to this place. All the other places I go to honor my own choice of oil. Not here. You guys just lost a once a week customer.. whatever...
