The lady doing my food was rushing it gave very little meat bread was overly toasted and she even dropped one of my subs on the floor after she wrapped it she slide it down to the end of the counter and it fall she picked it up as if nothing happened checked me out, got home and my husband took his second bite and found a hair in his mouth, will not be returning and will go the extra miles to a different location from now on.

The only subway place that agreed to make platter for me on the same day Keeping in mind I ordered 3 platters and this was the only subway in girard , Warren , Youngstown , that said they will make it with a smile. I was impressed with the quality of service and dedication , hands down to SIENNA, who not only took the order but made it professionally with a smile, she was awesome, cared for the business and cared for customers, I will definitely recommend her and this subway over the others in town . Ps it was the nfl game day .. 5 star service

They get zero stars there were two girls who were yelling at people to go to the Niles location they were closing shortly. Mind you I was one of these people but my party was inside and she was currently working on my food. She put too much mayo on it. I couldn 't eat it. They were overly aggressive and rude to people as we left she yelled I HATE PEOPLE! And this location will not get my service again it 's also not the cleanest place. Mind you all of this happened in front of children.

The menu has changed and there are fewer choices. I got Mexican chicken sandwich on flatbread, it was ok. The staff was polite and helpful.

There were two girls working there, they just talked to each other while I waited to order. Then she finally decided to pause her conversation, and ask me about what I wanted to order. They didn't have the bread I wanted prepared, (sign that they are messing around instead of keeping up the restaurant) so I got it on white. This girl basically threw the sandwich together with as little effort as possible, and when I finally opened the wrapping, it fell apart. Please do something about these girls.
