Affy Tapple - Niles

Update: I gave a one star rating last year but changed this year to 5 star. So much better!!! Affy Tapple, you redeemed yourself! 2017: Have always loved them but the one pack we bought this season was mushy and gross. I'm hearing/reading that others are having similar issues. I won't buy again. There has to be something different they're doing this season.

Always great! I did work at Walmart in the Produce Dept. And I had to bring it to the attention of the other workers and management that they were supposed to be refrigerated according to the box and they hadn't been that's why they kept getting returned rotten or they would notice before they went to the floor that they were no good. Started storing in the cooler and the products were good to go didn't have any other problems!

Just as I remembered, lots of caramel and peanuts with a delicious crisp apple! I was impressed I found it at Aldi's Jacksonville FL

While I was checking out the Affy Tapple website my wife tells me that when she went to Bethesda grade school her and her friends would go into the factory store and get one with a broken stick for a nickel or unbroken for a dime. She said on school hot lunch days or hot dog days parents would buy boxes of caramel apples to treat the kids. Now I have one of the reasons for her fall craving for Affy Tapple caramel apples.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! I always gave affy tapples to my grandkids class for Halloween. Today the schools have a no nut zone policy and the apples with the sprinkles are a great substitute and they look so much better than plain apples! The kids look forward to affy tapples at Halloween.
