Bidrage med feedbackJust went thru the drive thru and the young lady was absolutely phenomenal. Instead of the usual slight harried grin one gets these days, it was so refreshing to come in contact with someone who was genuine and engaged. Stellar customer service !
Birthday treat my daughter wanted to get me a pineapple frozen lemonade, we order in drive thru waited 20 minutes was handed my daughters drink and told mine would be out shortly. 10 minutes later are paying for two drinks I was told they couldn’t find the pieces to my drink but it would taste the same just not chunks in it. 5 minutes later was told to pull around and they weep pulled bring it out. Wait wait wait…. My daughter goes into get the frozen lemonade and they can’t even started it. They handed her a pink refresher drink and gave her a $4 gift card. Needless to say the drink was no good. We paid almost 7 for it and was fine back a 4 dollar coupon for the next time we come. We live almost 1.5 away. We won’t be back. They could have offered us a different drink or told her we are out of that drink would you like something else instead they took my daughters money and we didn’t get what was paid for. We were told they were understaffed and they were sorry. I understand totally but don’t take peoples money when the drinks are already so expensive and then not even give them the drinks they ordered. Hand somebody a $4 dollar card for the next time you come. I will not be back. Starbucks should be sending people some free gift cards or something. They sure ain’t losing any money!!!!!!!

Ordered online at 4:20 pm didn't get order until 5:15 pm. Was only a tea and a frappe. Unacceptable.
Stopped in around 2pm on 1/13/24. 6 people working. Gal who took our order was nice. As we waited, and waited, people were lined up to get their drinks etc. Mobile orders were piling up on the counter for pick up. I finally asked where we were at in the line and the gal replied she had to make all the mobile orders first. I asked the other girl making drinks who was making the 15 customers in house their drinks and she replied that no one was and she didn’t know when they would get to them. We waited 30 minutes and never got our drinks. We left as we only had to pay a few dollars as we had used a $10 gift card. The girl said as we left they were short staffed. 6 people? And the lobby was full of boxes waiting to be put away. Never was a big fan of Starbucks, but never had this type of horrible service at any other store. Someone needs to manage their work flows and employees better.
