I my cousin and some old friends ate here late one night after visiting the old us 27 bridge in the nelson camp it was cold rainy and 930 the food was hot and fresh and she offered to do whatever we wanted, but we leaned with such a great selection of great food we felt that it was necessary to she ouy like this also with our friends picky palette problem we could be thier

Better than most Chinese buffets and less expensive. Many options, including sushi. Children like the ice machine and the fish pond.

Very good buffet. There are several great Chinese restaurants in BlueGrass, but unlike other urban areas, few Chinese buffets. Ichiban may not have visited the type of mega buffet many people, but it is a quality medium Chinese buffet. It is a good choice if you are good to choose the best items by their appearance. Many of the traditional buffet items are delicious, but some appear dry or not as an appetite. General Tso's chicken has a better than average sauce, the spring rolls are delicious, and even the crabs Rangoon's are delicious. However, some of the crabs and fish dishes simply look inconspicuous. A bright spot is the sushi, while it usually has standard buffet varieties, they are well made, freshly tasting, and in an area known for high prices an incredible snack. Overall, it is an excellent place to find some of your oriental favorites, well prepared and very tasty. From a value it is very difficult to beat. Three adults ate dinner for $34. There were no crab legs, but that was certainly understandable at the price.

Great buffet. I liked it especially for the sushi. You can make the sushi at no extra cost. You also have a Hibachi Grill. Crab legs extra charge.

Amazing quality for the price. Nicholasville has always been a small town, and most of the time, if one wanted to go out they would have to head to the nearby town of Lexington. Ichiban changes that, the price of the buffet is only around 7.50 (10.00 on sundays) this gives access to unlimited food which includes sushi, steak, noodles, and tons of other goodies. the cuisine isnt 5 star, but for the price that you are paying, there are not many options as good as this. i will give the food a 3.75/5 and the value a 5/5
