Bruster's Real Ice Cream

The service was fantastic! This place has the best ice cream you can find in the area.

I ordered the item featured on the poster, but instead received a different one. I paid a total of $14.21 for my order, which included ice cream and whipped cream, but there was no brownie in the brownie sundae. I was very disappointed. To make matters worse, the gentleman taking my order had to come back three times to clarify my selection. I've had excellent service here in the past, but this visit was not the same. Just to clarify, there were three items in my order, not just the one that was pictured.

This is a great spot to enjoy a treat, especially after a delicious dinner at Sonny's BBQ, which shares the parking lot. The ice cream is fresh and of high quality. The staff was friendly and even allowed me to "upgrade" to a dinosaur cookie combo when my daughter spotted it after I had already placed our order. My only complaint is that I ordered chocolate chunk and there were hardly any chunks in it, haha! But honestly, the ice cream was so good that I still finished it all.

I would give five stars for the ice cream, but if I could, I would give zero stars for the staff! They seemed more focused on playing catch behind the counter than assisting customers. When I asked one of the female employees a simple question, she replied, “I have no idea” and didn’t even bother to look up basic allergen information. I later found that information easily on the website, which was all she needed to do. The staff was extremely unprofessional, but the ice cream is definitely worth a visit!
