Bidrage med feedbackThe manager, Mr. Jay Riley went above and beyond when I received an order incorrectly. He reached out to me and personally provided exceptional customer service. He did everything in his ability to rectify the situation and made me feel like a valued guest. I even spoke to his boss, a Mr. Wayne, even though he was very intimidating when speaking he remained professional in all aspects of business and continued to take great care of the importance of customer service. Thank you again for being sincere and understanding. The other staff members were kind and courteous throughout the process as-well. Vegetarian options: Meat can be replaced for beans : Parking: Entrance is a bit odd.
Upon entry heavy set dude acknowledged my order. After waiting for 20 mins he gave me the wrong order and forgot who I even came in there for. If they were was busy I would understand but this wasn’t the case. Just seems like a guy that’s not taking his job seriously.
Place looks cooler than most taco bell’s. went for late night munch,,keep in mind didn’t close until 12am at this location,,1 worker didn’t want to deal with an order 50 minutes before close. just hurt my feelings i got out of bed for this. no hate just change ur times frl frl if u can’t keep to speed. ;

This is one of the better TBells in the area. that beiing said check your order before you leave particularly if ordering through the app dont know why but add on ingredients have a tendency to get missed on orders from the app how is the app interfacing with those blasted screens anyway? Also i can say how many sauce packs i want on app but cant we get them..are they not showing up on the screen? This is any TB. Despite issues with app which seems to be universal . This TB tends to have p
