Dairy Queen - Niceville

Love the dilly bar! It wasn't available last time I went so glad it is back! Tried their turtle ice cream and it is amazing! Liked it so much we went back two days later and had it again!

The ice cream was good. I don?t think the staff had ever spoken to anyone else before. They were very uncomfortable and barely acknowledged our presence. It was like pulling teeth to order. A little bit of communication training would go a long way. TheAC was broken and it was very hot inside the dining area.

I had a wonderful experience at Dairy Queen in Niceville. The food was amazing and the service was quick. It seems like there are some new employees who are still in training, but they did a fantastic job! Keep it up, everyone!

Since they reopened after their renovations, I've visited multiple times, and each time I've ordered a Blizzard, it's been so runny that it's impossible to eat. It's more like soup than anything else—definitely not the consistency of a milkshake. If I wanted a drink, I would have ordered one, not a Blizzard.

I've been to this restaurant three times in the last four months, and each experience has been disappointing. The first time, an elderly man tried to confront me in the parking lot because he thought I was blocking him while I was in the drive-thru line. During my second visit, I waited for 15 minutes in the drive-thru only to discover when I reached the window that the fryers were broken. Fast forward two months, and I decided to give it another shot, only to find that the fryers were out of order again. That's three strikes, DQ—I'm done!
