Bidrage med feedbackI discovered this family-run restaurant in the old town and saw that they offer cous-cous dishes and labels that I love. we came the following evening with great expectations, but unfortunately it was from the beginning downhill. they looked pretty busy, but nothing from the ordinary, a total of 5 tables, including me and my friend. the service was terrible of the trip. they took almost 20 minutes to even turn to our table to take our drink order. when a young waitress finally came to our table, there was no excuse or even as much as a bone. we sat al freso and although it was after 9 o'clock, it was still hot and damp and of course we were quite thirsty. we noticed a table of 6, which came after us, was served before us. our drinks lasted almost 30 minutes to arrive. when they did, I noticed that my glass water stuck some food on the outside. because her service was very poor, my friend went to the restaurant to exchange the glass for a clean one, as we did not want to wait again. Incredibly the owner/manager immediately began to argue that the glass was not dirty. she has exchanged the glass grudgin and a small bottle of water on our table as a kind of trost ploned. we eat like the drinks before it took a very long time to come. the food was very delicious. unfortunately I consumed some of the spicy sauces that accompanied our meal and at the arrival in our hotel later in the night I experienced very bad diahorrea. fortunately, my friend avoided my fate by avoiding the condition. overall our experience was bitterly disappointing. this was a good example for a badly managed restaurant with uninterested employees with bad settings. low hygiene standards. the interior of the restaurant was chaotic and a chaos. Maybe we were just unhappy and we caught them in a bad night. so or so we will not be back. caveat imperial.
We are happy to live in london, was in Morokko, blue mountains, essaouira, tunis and love a lamb or fish or huhn tagine, but that was very special. Maybe we were hungry or relaxed, I don't know, but it was good. dear minze tee and. very welcome host. will go back. limited menu I guess is also a good sign. they only do a few dishes, but what they do is very delicious. we had, 3 laughs, 1 huh, 1 fish tagine with couscous, about 3 pots minze tee and 5 Coca-cola’s and a Grenadine drink. €110. they don't sell alcohol as a halal restaurant.
We came here in 2014, and returned here twice this month. We had a lamb tagine and a lamb and chicken couscous. Both were very tasty and filling. We sat outside as it was warm and we could watch passersby. Inside it is painted with...Moroccan views. Good ground floor toilet. We had planned to eat a third time but it was closed on the Monday night.
Quite surprised by some of the negative reviews of this place. I really enjoyed my tagine and couscous here as did my husband and 7 month old who had never had couscous before and loved it. The service was friendly and they were very accommodating...of a baby. It's a lovely spot to sit and watch the hustle and bustle of the old town.
Nice place on a friendly little street in Old Town. While the veg dishes were really good the show stopper was the Chicken Tajine. The chicken fell right off the bone. The flavours and aroma are just great not too spicy but you do...feel just right herbs in it. The only negative is that the service is Slooo...oow (though friendly). Recommend it!
