Au Ble d'Azur - Nice

This bakery is amazing! It's opposite cafe A Butheghinna a tapestry shop. The meringues, croissant custard slices are delicious. The owner is a funny man! went here a few tims while in Nice

Bought a large loaf of levain at this bakery. It was dense and bland. Thought levain should be a bit sour and has a airy crumb but maybe I am mistaken.

When I'm in Nice every year, I treat myself to croissants or pain au chocolat every single morning for one reason only: The croissants and pain au chocolat at Au Ble d'Azur are simply TOO good to miss when you have the chance.

Have been here twice during my trip and love the coffee and pastries. Great service from the staff too! Some speak English which helps a bit. :-)
