Wendy's - Niagara Falls

Ate here after visiting Niagara falls in Oct 218 and it was typical of what you would expect. Nothing special but also not a rip off. Overall good fast food joint and reasonable prices. Maybe not fine dining but filled a gap so we left feeling nourished.

Very large sitting area. Very bright and airy. Watch people walk on Clifton Hill through the many windows. We had our favorite: a large chili, even if it wasn't indicated on the menu. It was hot, it was spicy, it was exactly what we needed.

During our trip to the Falls, we got hungry and decided to stop at Wendy's near the arcade. Despite a short wait in line, we were able to place our orders. Unfortunately, there were no clean tables available so we had to eat at a raised counter. The drink station was messy and the floor was sticky, indicating a lack of cleanliness. It seemed like the washrooms hadn't been cleaned in a while. This particular Wendy's location was not up to par due to understaffing. The food was mediocre at best and our order was poorly packed, resulting in cold burgers. The missing drink and kid's meal further contributed to our negative experience. With so many dining options available, I would not recommend giving this establishment another chance. There are better places to eat in the area.

The staff at this restaurant is always friendly and welcoming. Orders are promptly delivered and are consistently accurate. The only downside is that it is on the pricier side.

While exploring Niagara Falls, my companions and I were in search of a fast and economical dining option rather than a sit-down restaurant. We noticed a significant line at Wendy's, which we anticipated would result in a slightly longer wait than usual. It took approximately 35 minutes from joining the line to receiving our food. The prices seemed a bit higher than at other Wendy's locations, likely due to the touristy area. The food itself tasted as we expected from Wendy's.
