Tim Hortons - Niagara Falls

I really enjoy dining at Tims. The staff is always nice and courteous, except for tonight when I visited the drive-thru. The person working there was rude, and we had to ask four times for our receipt (since we paid with a gift card and they needed to check the balance). The person seemed annoyed by our request, which was disappointing. Overall, I would rate the food at Tims a 4 out of 5.

The restaurant closed early again on Tuesday at 5 o'clock due to a shortage of staff. They frequently run out of food and there are not enough menu items available in the afternoon.

Nothing but problems. this position should not offer delivery. I had forgotten things and false objects. I understand that we are all human and are made mistakes.
