Taste Of Bombay - Niagara Falls

We went here on a Friday night at 6:00 a.m., but were the only ones with the exception of a call order. but just when we were finished, there was a series of big groups that came in. we had chicken jalfrezi and aloo gobi with naan and basmati reis. everything was very good and worth the visit. we would not hesitate to visit again if in the opposite.

I called in an order to pick up.i repeated my order twice to her on the phone. I come to the restaurant and repeat my order. thèy still managed to screw up my order. I've been getting all the way home and I've seen them messing up my command. I called her and had to repeat myself a few more times. they asked me to bring my food back. these people should punish the people they've messed up next time. I love food there, but they need to improve customer service

Eating was just okay, but the service was terrible. the worst service I ever had. we waited and waited for more than an hour. no body takes care of them after they give the food order. the washrooms are always open and many fly around. I clean and unprofessional. not many complain about eating out of service and cleanliness. if they ever go to eat there, then I suggest to order the food and go to the crashes spent their time and come back. you can eat ready.

Eating was delicious, but service super poor. we had to wait too long to get the food. expect 2 or 3 hours with the family. they need to improve their service.

Seemed like a week reviewed place so I decided to call in a take out order for a get together with family. Decided on what to order and spoke with a person at the restaurant. My question after placing the order was of everything was...freshly prepared. The guy was audibly upset and told me even if food was prepared yesterday what difference does it make? People still buy ... I'm quite a soft spoken, polite Canadian male andwas a bit shocked at this reaction so tried to calm him down. He simply retorted ok thank you goodbye ???? I've been to Bombay many times ion business and never faced this attitude. Taste of Bombay it certainly isn't!!! The accent of the gent on the line was definitely not one from Bombay.
