Swiss Chalet - Niagara Falls

Diane was our server and she was so great! Wonderful service. She made us feel very welcomed. Will definitely be coming back if we are in this area!

It started with free parking (hard to find in Niagara) and a warm welcome! Staff was super friendly, and our waitress was amazing. Definitely a very good place to have a good meal!

I don’t do this often but I had to. I love when someone goes over and beyond to help you. We were on our way to Niagra today and ordered, the restaurant was about to close and I got a call from someone named Jay saying we don’t want your food to get cold we are about to close so we’ll wait till you reach to give it to u fresh and hot. The hospitality and excellent customer service made me so happy and made our family trip a bit more special so just wanted to thank the gentleman who called and gave us or order which was yum thanks you Jay we’ll be back every time we visit Niagra which is a few times a month you’re our go to stop now

We enjoyed our usual 1/4 dinner meal. Friendly staff. Restaurant could be a little cleaner.

This is the best-by-far Swiss Chalet in Niagara or St. Catharines. They give good-sized portions and their caesar salad is excellent because they add BACON to it. Perfectly done. Don't waste your time at the other S.C. restaurants. Go to the one on Montrose Road.
