Subway - Niagara Falls

I visited this restaurant for dinner. One of the female staff members was extremely unpleasant, unfriendly, and aggressive, and at one point even broke down in tears. It was clear that she was not suited for her role.

I always enjoy eating at Subway, but I found the Casino Niagara location to be a bit excessive. The prices for a six-inch sub were much higher compared to other Subway locations in Ontario, almost $7 each. To keep costs down, I decided to order a footlong sub with half veggies and half turkey for my family. When the cashier rang up the order, it came to almost $16 for two six-inch subs, which was the same price as two footlong subs. When I questioned the cashier about the pricing discrepancy, she insisted that they were different items. I asked for a footlong veggie sub for around $8, and she agreed to that price. She then offered me a footlong turkey sub for under $10. It seemed like they were trying to overcharge customers who didn't question the prices.

Stopped by for a quick sandwich. The restaurant could definitely use a makeover as it looked a bit outdated. The staff was not very friendly and seemed irritated when I asked for extra mustard on my sandwich. Really???

The food was great. The service was somewhat indifferent. Ac didn't work right and was hot and damp. The place looks a little down. On a good note the food was from the high standard we expect.

Eat here regularily our favourite sub shop and just around the corner from our home. Food has always been fresh the service reasonable as sometimes gets very busy near meal times. Prices are typical of sub shops
