Lakeport Fish & chips - Niagara Falls

This was my first time at this restaurant. I placed an online pickup order and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes, which I thought was very fast. I ordered the combination of cod, shrimp, and crispy fries. Unfortunately, the fish and fries were soggy and lacking the desired crispiness, due to being oily. Additionally, I was not provided with utensils or napkins. While the price was reasonable, I was disappointed with the preparation of the food.

This fish and chips restaurant is fantastic. We placed an order for delivery and it arrived within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, some items were missing from our order, so we called the restaurant to let them know. They offered to prepare the missing items for us and we decided to pick them up at the restaurant as it would be quicker. The restaurant was very apologetic for the error and even gave us an extra fish and bacon bits for the poutine. It was a very kind gesture. We ordered the seafood platter with firefish, scallops, shrimps, tartar sauce, and onion rings, calamari strip dinner, mozzarella sticks, jalapeño shrimps with jalapeño dip, and Pollock with a side of poutine. Everything was delicious, and we enjoyed it as a family. The batter on the fish was light and fluffy, not greasy, and the portions were generous. The jalapeño shrimp with dip was a standout, with just the right amount of spice. The seafood platter had large scallops and shrimps, and everything was well-packaged and labeled. We forgot to take pictures until we had already started digging in, so we only have a few photos. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely order from this restaurant again. Highly recommend.

On April 30th, 2021, this restaurant still offers the best fish and chips, and don't even get me started on the coleslaw - it's to die for! This place is part of a great franchise. If you find yourself in Niagara, you absolutely have to try their incredibly tasty fish. Highly recommend it!

We went to Lakeport Fish and Chips for dinner last night. We ordered online super early and chose our pickup time at 5:50. We arrived at 5:45 and said our order would be ready in a few minutes. We waited for 20 minutes and had no food yet. We had a baby in the van waiting to go home and who really got restless, so I politely asked them to refund the order so that we can just order home and elsewhere. You promised it'd go out in less than a minute, so I'm sorry. The food was fine, but certainly not worth 25 minutes of my life sitting in a parking lot. There are other large fish and chip places, so the terrible service is enough to stop me from getting back. I think it's worth noting that the one cook did NOT wear a mask.

We picked up takeout this evening 2 orders of chicken fingers 2 orders of fish and chips and a side of gravy) I got home and had all fish and chips, when I called the suggested I come back and get my food but...we live quite far away so I was not doing that I mentioned a credit and she said it was not there fault I said you called the name Rob which is my name, she did explain that my order number A60 should have been called how am I to know this???? Anyway I will be getting my food elsewhere from now on!!!!!
