Bidrage med feedbackI've been a customer for many years. man, since he was a child. I don't come out many times, so I didn't have to put a job today in one because so. Although eating was decent, my man was very bad with the customer service he received when he went to get our food from a dame on the theke. she obviously has not heard the names for the order, but it was not far away. the first letter was wrong. when he told them the name, they said there was no command under this name. he told them what we had to order and argue to get our food. obviously they could not compile two and two that the first letter of one of their commands was wrong and replaced him with our names and it was our order. childa sad when a company switches the owners/all old employees leaves and as it goes downhill. garrisons used to be one of my favorites. I will probably think new next time when I order and just stay with D’vincis and we will not have the additional drive through the city friendly staff:
Asked for certain ingredients to be left off due to allergies. Picked up the order, and there was nothing changed. Called, spoke with the “manager” and had to repeat what the order was supposed to be six times. They remade it, and when picked up again, it was missing things. Terrible service, not apologetic for the hassle/inconvenience. Will not be back.
Amazing food first time trying a sub its was the best I have had for a long time. Fresh cut fries too. A turkey club sub and chicken souvlaki wrap with a drink under 30 bucks. The staff was really nice too
Always satisfied with the food.. always disappointed with the attitude of staff.So many times I have felt like they’re rushed and frustrated while working.Today, the woman behind the counter was rude to the customer in front of me who was an older woman. The worker rolled her eyes because the lady couldn’t figure out the debit machine. Instead of politely helping her, she gave the older lady some passive aggressive response’ “well it’s obviously not going to process because you haven’t even tapped your card”.It would have been far nicer to just walk the woman through the steps politely.I understand that it’s probably hectic and, of course, working with the public can be frustrating…. But if you can’t put a smile on and be polite, you’re in the wrong industry.Some of the ladies at Garrisons need a lesson in customer service ASAP.
Honestly used to love this place, but I went in today and waited 30mins for 2 tacos and pita.. and it cost me 50$ which is fine I don't really mind waiting buttttt getting food poisoning.. my family and I will never be returning here ever again.. beware of the hot beef taco!*Update they did refund me and said no one eles complained of food poisoning
